Privacy Policy

MondialPay Ltd (“MondialPay”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, email, and business details when you sign up), information collected automatically (such as IP address, device info, and usage analytics), and information received from third parties (such as identity-verification providers and banking partners) where required for compliance.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide and improve the MondialPay services you request.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing laws.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, and abuse.
  • To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and service updates.
  • With your consent, to send marketing communications — which you can opt out of at any time.

3. How we share your information

We share personal data only with trusted third parties who help us deliver our services (such as cloud infrastructure, card networks, and banking partners), with regulators and law-enforcement agencies where legally required, and in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

4. International transfers

MondialPay operates globally. When we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on safeguards recognised by applicable law, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal obligations — typically seven years after the end of your customer relationship with us, as required by financial regulations.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@mondialpay.com.

7. Security

We use bank-grade security controls, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and ongoing monitoring. See our Security page for details.

8. Children

MondialPay is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the MondialPay dashboard.
