- Backed by a recognised accelerator, VC, or incubator (preferred, not required)

Startup program questions
What happens after the 12 free months?
You roll over to standard MondialPay pricing — no contract change required. We give you 30 days notice and a chance to lock in custom rates if you've grown.
Do I need to be VC-backed?
No. Bootstrapped startups, accelerator alumni and grant-funded teams are all welcome. Being backed by a recognised investor speeds up review but isn't required.
Can I switch from Stripe / Adyen and still qualify?
Yes — provided you meet the volume and age criteria. Our migration team helps you tokenise existing customer cards so renewals don't break.
