The challenge

Before MondialPay, Nordic Labs was using a patchwork of regional processors stitched together by a fragile in-house billing service. Every new country meant a new integration, a new compliance review, and weeks of engineering time their team didn't have.

In nine months, Nordic Labs went from billing in three countries to 42. Their engineering team didn't grow — they redeployed the two people who used to maintain billing into product work. Monthly recurring revenue grew 156% year-over-year, and the dunning engine alone recovered nearly 7% of MRR that used to silently churn.
